How much is your commission?
For sub-sale it follows the scale set under the Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Act. I will state the exact figure in writing before you commit to anything.
Can foreigners buy property here?
Yes, subject to the state minimum price threshold and state consent. I handle foreign buyer cases regularly and will confirm the current threshold for your state.
Do you charge buyers any fee?
No. Buyers and tenants do not pay me any service fee. I am paid by the seller or landlord.
How fast can you rent out my unit?
It depends on pricing and condition. I give you a realistic range based on recent transactions in the same project, not an optimistic promise.
